Int no splash screen

I have to plug my V2 in many times before the splash screen comes up. Screen gets brighter no no splash? Tried a couple different USB cables. Any thoughts?

Does the splash screen come up correctly when connecting to the OBDII port on a vehicle? If so it is possible that the USB socket may have broken/cracked solder joints. Contact Socal Diesel in CA, they are EFILive's authorized repair center in the US. Socal will also repair devices out of warranty but there will be a charge for non-warranty work.
