Aluminum?
Why would anyone replace their plastic manifold with aluminum?
Unless of course the end goal is to increase the heat of the intake charge. :nixweiss:

I would do it to avoid being at the mercy of FAST. If i were looking for every 0.00000001 hp I could find, I might reconsider.
Imagine a manifold within +-2 HP of the Fast90 that cost half the price.

It's made of metal, not plastic, I like metal, cool.

We Have Done A couple of the aluminum intakes on the ls1/ls6 and never could get them to seal right. Spent most of the time chasing intake leaks.

Where did you hear/see the performance specs and prices of these?
Any data yet?

Previous AL manifolds (Weiand and BBK) were badly hampered by heat soak. And yes, the FAST is expensive, leaks and eats MAPs in Y bodies.

I called Professional Products and talked to them for a bit. They don't have anything in writing to distribute yet. They said end of May early June

Buy an LS7 intake. Of course you'll need new heads, then.:D
