PE DELAY!!! What did I miss? Tune and Log inside

I'm running a COS3 for a boosted 2004 Corvette. I can't get the PE Delay to go away. Take a look at the tune and my log and show me what I missed. Not new to tuning with EFI Live or using the Custom Operating Systems. Long day on the dyno but I just don't see what I missed. The logs are showing almost a full 2 second delay.

I had a quick look at the tune and saw that B3644 is currently set for 2 seconds.Try zeroing it out.

That's too funny! I told you it was a long day on the dyno. I guess I FAT FINGERED that box when I was changing B3643 from 1 to 2 and highlighted B3644 at the same time.
