timing rattle

I just installed 100% injectors in my truck and been doing my own tuning. Running Les' s gift tune timing table and duration table which I decreased some. Tune runs awesome but seem to have a rattle at low rpm low throttle and at idle. I'm thinking might be in my timing. I'm having a hard time understanding the timing calculator. Any help, suggestions appreciated. 100% injectors, lift pump, built trans, stock turbo for now.

Its not your timing...its pilot injection pulse being too low. Log it and I bet the rattle areas have less than 230uS of pilot.

Sorry guys I started this post off of my buddies account since I didn't have one and never got on here. I didn't log the tune I had at the time. I just bumped up pilot a little and it helped so kept after it. Dialing back my injectors to match my turbo kinda threw me for a loop.
