Guessing Im out of luck, but we have a '09 Dodge that we have programmed previously with the V2, but an injector shorted and burned up the PCM. PCM was replaced and installed by dealer. Customer now needs flash back in it. Loaded the Anti-tuning patch and attempted to load, it requests I burn up another license. Am I doing something wrong or is this the process needed in this scenario? Thanks

Each vin license is tied to the ecm. So the v2 is correct in asking to use another vin as is a new ecm.

Les is right, our licensing scheme is tied to the ECM serial number, not VIN license.

We do have a replacement license policy for situations like this. Just Email support@efilive.com with a scanned copy of the invoice from the dealer showing the ECM was replaced and you will be issued another license.
