Update issues?

Is anyone else having issues after installing the new updates? I installed the update from July 19th then the one from Oct 28. The issue I am having since that update is any tune I have modified (say tire size to be exact) then saved with the new .ctz will not load properly and truck just runs like its in a semi limp mode for lack of better term, example would be that it takes about 30 seconds to get to 55 on the slow tune on a hot tune it takes off slow then after a few seconds will act like you would expect sometimes. If i load a .tun file that has not been modified since the updates it runs great (minus my speedo being off since i have new tires and they are a diff size).

I have uninstalled and re-installed EfiLive. Suggestions?
