Ecm fried???

Im in need of some assistance.... I installed a dsp5 switch on a 03 lb7. When I went to reconnect the cable back into the ecm, the dust boot got punched in between the pins and the connector. Not realizing this, I flashed the ecm. When I got done the ECM started to act like it wast bricked... The glow plug and check engine light now flash rapidly.... I'm at the point where I'm pretty sure the ECM is history but I'm praying that you can tell me other wise. I'm freaking out right now.... Is there anyone willing to rebuild an ecm cheap??
