5.3L magnacharger Litle help please

litle info about the setup:
5.3L and trans from 2012 v8 colorado
and magnacharger kit for the 2012 colorado, this is on a 2006 TJ jeep
runing it with E38 and T42, in the colorado it is originally controlled by E67

everything looks to be working well, only problem is from a stop to WOT the throttle body wont follow the app..
ill atach the stock tune, modified tune and a log with the modified tune, thanks i really need to finish this.

I looked at your files but I don't yet see the reason for TP not keeping up with APP.

been searching alot but cant work it out,, from a stop to wot it feels like a NA car, it takes a lot of time to start building boost, so whats the point of the supercharger right now?,, i know the TB not following the APP is the problem but i cant find it why
