Is it possible to full flash a 2002 512kb tune and OS into a 2003 1mb pcm. I am doing another swap for a friend in a 1998 Suburban, 6.0l with his 4l60e , it will be DBC. I already have a 2002 tune with the feul gauge calibration done thanks to a great guy on here. My friend bought the harness from a 2003 and got the 6106 2003 pcm with it. I am pretty sure he will have to get a 0411 or the 4896 even if the 2003 6106 has the iac drivers and tps funtionability as i dont think a 512kb tune size will work with a 1mb pcm and i dont want to burn a licesnse on the 2003 to find that out.
