Hey guys,
Does anyone have a screen shot or table of the settings for an LMM with factory dual tanks? I flashed a dually truck for a customer and didn't know it had dual tanks until afterward.

Or does the truck only have a sender in one tank?

Thanks!

You NEED the dual tank OS to make it work. You can do the tables and make the gauge work, but without the correct fuel system segment it won't work the transfer pump to move fuel from the rear tank to the front. If it has dual tanks, then it was a cab and chassis model, unless he added the 2nd tank. You will NEED the correct base file to make it work correctly though, no way around it.

THEFERMANATOR is correct. Dual tank settings will not fix your problem. Even identical OS numbers is not a guarantee that every thing such as fuel level will work correctly. EFILive will compare OS with the identical numbers but not all parameters are covered by this comparison. You will need the proper base file.

Hey guys,
On this Dual tank LMM, He's still getting weird issues with the fuel gauge, it can show a 1/4 tank until you shut the key off and turn it back on, then it will jump to 3/4 tank.... I'm not sure if it's OS related or he's got electrical issues elsewhere. Does anyone have a stock tune for a dual tank LMM, Cab & Chassis I believe from the vin....with the matching fuel calibration segment number 12628610?

Here's the vin: 1GBJK796X9E101369
