There is a mistake on a credit card purchase I made ($3600) online. I have tried to call the number listed on their website but I keep getting some ones residence . +64 (9) 534 1188 does not work for me. What is correct?

That is the correct number, from the US the full number would be 011 649 534 1188
Though it is 8:50am right there now, office will be open after 9:00am.

I would suggest calling via skype (its how I call EFILive), its much much much cheaper and you do not have to call your phone provider to get the area code unlocked (I had to do this on my cell before I realized how much easier skype was).

I called that number and a gentleman in Auckland answers and says that is his private number. He repeated the number to me. Just don't make sense to me.

All resolved now, you were sent an email around an hour ago detailing your refund and your 3 activation codes.

Next time you place an order that requires a discount, ensure that you use the discount code provided to avoid these issues.

I certainly appreciate that this problem was taken care of. I would like to point out that there is no where on your site to enter the discount code. If there is please point it out to me. I sent an email asking about this and got this reply:


The coupon code shows after you enter your order.

After I followed these instructions and entered the order it was a done deal and no way for me to change it.

When you add a product to your shopping cart the Discount Code Option appears in the bottom left had corner. It would have appeared each time you added each of your streams.
