Export data time stamp

When exporting data to include the time stamp, only minutes and seconds (10th seconds) are exported, the data shown before export shows h:m:s (1000th seconds).

Is this a limit of efilive or the excel export csv?

Is there a work round?

Change the cell format in Excel to show more decimal places...
