4l60e gear select display

I just swapped my roadrunner ECM into my 2001 suburban with 5.3 and 4l60e to do some tuning for better gas mileage and the place on the dash that displays what gear is selected no longer shows what gear I'm in. If I put the factory ecu back in it works again. Is there a table for this? Would a roadrunner ecu not support this for some reason? Thanks in advance for any help I get on this issue.

Try re-downloading your tune file into the RR.

I doubt anyone will read this at this point but I'll update for my own sanity. The OS I pulled off the stock ECU will not load load onto the RR at all. I get an error message that I forgot to take a screen shot of that says something about an incompatible OS. I ended up downloading a stock tune file for a 2001 5.3 and copied over EVERY table from my stock tune as well as trying the new stock file as is. I originally had COS3 on the RR when I put it in. I have found NO solution to the gear select display problem but since It's already tuned and the stock PCM is back in I don't care too much.

Is the stock ECU a 512KB PCM...?

Yes. All the PCMs I'm using are 512K.
