Does anyone know what controller is in the new nissan navara it has the 2.3 twin turbo cummins ys23 engine, I need to know if my efi live will calibrate the controller?

Very unlikely EFILive will work with this ECM.

No idea, but because it is a Nissan regardless of who made the ECM it will still be tailored around how Nissan do things. Prepare for bad news though, manufacturers are really cracking down on aftermarket tuning.
