When purchasing my new license, on the form I put the serial number and authorization number as requested. I received and email saying, "The Serial Number indicated by the Auth Code does not match the device Serial Number provided for this order."
I have updated everything and it has the latest firmware, etc. Upon looking at my serial number again I noticed the Serial Number and the License Number are identical. Is there any way I can correct this, or is it my operator error? Any help would be great, thanks in advance!
