I need some help understanding the B4001 with my 1:1 FPR. I am currently working on a COS 3 3bar setup for my turbo app using Siemens 80lb injectors.

Now I plan on running 43.5psi base fuel pressure to be a bit easier on my Walbro 450lph pump. Now from what I have read assuming I am catching on right, when I scale my B4001 I will be using the same number from 0-80kpa since it’s a 1:1 regulator? I came up with 10.080 G/sec using the excel spreadsheet that is floating around.

Is there any other charts things to scale for a boost reference regulator?. My old car was tuned on 60lbs siemens so I gues as a starting point I will use the pulse widths and whatnot from them. Surprisingly enough I can seem to find EFIlive data for probably the most popular injector.

Thanks!

Jay

From what I have gathered you also will want to do the same 0-80kpa mod to the B3701 table.

Manifold referenced FPR:

measure rail pressure with reference hose temporarily removed.

use measured rail pressure to scale IFR table: IFR = rated_flowrate * sqrt(rail_pressure / rated_pressure)

B4001: use this value in all cells (make sure your units (psi, kPa) match).

B3701: use 0 kPa row in all rows.

Awesome, I will update that when I get home. Hoping I can get this thing fired by the weekend.
