Obtaining the OS # [Archive]

How do we go about obtaining the OS number in a 15' cummins? tried the black chip icon but that doesent tell it? how do we see the OS so we can download the right tune?

There are a couple of different ways. The info can be displayed on the V2/AutoCal screen, the info can be saved into a text file via V2/AutoCal, or it can be displayed as detailed above.
