LS1B PCM locked with a custom key

working on a car with a egine swap 5.3L TH350.. car isnt working as it should, when i want to install the new tune it wont let me, it says it is locked with a custom key, someone should locked it to protect their work.. how can i install the new tune..?? i know i can with techII but i dont have one here or near here

If it is locked you won't be able to unlock it even with TechII. There is a way but:

it is locked to protect others' work

the way I do is very headache and doesn't deserve the effort than buying a used one from the Junk yard...

Thanks,, Yes i tried with Tech2 and couldnt flash it, got a used one and tuned the car.. thank you very much
