E92 No data received,

i want to tune a 2014 GM truck,, but it will not read it,, as soon as it starts to reading process.. it will stop and says: no data received, before that hapens on the dash says something about the stabilitrack

i dont know why,, took the truck for a drive, when i got back, tried it again and it did read it.
