4th to 2nd Downshift (Automatic)

Hello All,
I'm tuning a '04 GTO with a 4L60E tranny. When I'm running any were from 35-60 mph and go to WOT, the car will not downshift into 2nd gear. The car will only downshift into 3rd gear. I've changed the downshift tables (D0930, D0931, D0932, D0933) to 76 mph and the car still acts the same way. Is there a table that I am missing that I need to change?

Check your other downshift tables at D0907 and D0908, they may have some influence also. Make sure the gear you're looking to shift to will be at an appropriate RPM range. If you can do it manually and it feels good then OK, otherwise it might not be such a good idea.

I've been playing around with those tables too, but still no change. Is there any perameters that you would suggest to try in these tables?
