Licensing per VIN

I purchased a commerical Scan/Tune V2. Tuning mostly Gen4 stuff but noticed that the TCM uses a license key as well as my ECM in 1 vehicle. Thus 1 vehicle requires 2 keys. My question is my Scan/Tune Package came with 2 VIN licenses does this mean I have used them both for 1 truck or do I still have 1 vehicle license left in the bank?

Didnt find a clear answer to this when searching so thought I would ask here.

Each VIN license can tune 1 ECM and 1 TCM

And each ECM/TCM license pair, the ECM and TCM can be on different vehicles.
