06 lly cranks wont start with dsp5 tunes???????

I have this weird issue with a customers 06 lly when u load a single or dsp5 tunes to it. it will crank wont start. reflash the stock file back in starts and runs fine? has any one seen this problem before???

Are you using the stock file to build tour tunes from? If so that's a weird one.

ok truck finally took the tunes customer came back a week later got full egr delete and fass150 installed disconnected the batteries and started all over with the crank no start concern flashed stock file back in truck started flashed its dsp5 tunes back in crank no starts same sto file. rebuilt the tunes on the same stock file truck took them. but still set a ses light on for the egr system even thought I had the codes turned off efi live.
