My V2 wont read CAN BUS ECMS,, will read LS1B PCM,

My V2 wont read or even connect or diagnose a CAn bus PCm, E38 or T43 or E92 it wont detect it,, my V2 is already updated,, what i can do? i have some cars i need to tune

Earlier this year someone had contacted us about the same thing, turns out the last car they worked on was an LS1 conversion, someone had wired up the OBD-II port wrong and put +12V on the CAN pins! Anyway it damaged the CAN input on the V2. So thinking back what was the last vehicle you tuned? Any chance you could be in the same boat?

Yes exactly the same, but it was with an E38, someone put 12v on one of the CAN pins, but the result of that was my v2 screen always in blank, no pictures, but it worked fine, last problems i had,, with 2014 and 2015 GM sierra trucks, i was having problems to connect to the vehicle,,, but now i cant connect, where do i send it to be repaired?
