I have a friend that owns a 2012 LML and hates the amount of throttle input needed cruising on the interstate, especially while towing.
He likes the way my LBZ pedal feels, less effort but still smooth, not like a box tuner on a Cummins LOL....
I noticed the "Maximum Expected Engine Load" and "Predicted Engine Torque" tables and wonder if I need to modify these to ensure I don't set any codes or reduced power mode. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If it were my truck I would take the time and learn by experimenting, but I don't want to experiment on someone else's truck.
I'm sure he will want more power out of this truck soon after the newness wears off, and I plan on just purchasing a tune and loading it to his truck.
Attached is the stock file and the one I modified only the B0004 (mode 1) table on to show what I'm trying to accomplish.
