Is OS 12593058 the red headed step child?

Im still gathering parts to do a LQ4/4L80E swap in my 2003 tahoe and having trouble finding a stock tune with that OS and with the LQ4/4L80E.

Ive already got COS3 on it now for OLSD tuning.
Gonna need the right tune before starting this swap.. ideas?

I never though we would find one (we have a 12212156 4L80E file, but it goes into a 512KB PCM only.

- PT and WOT shifting is modified by the Throttle Kickdown table not being all 100%.
