any idea what's leaking

HI,
have a customers 08 6.7 that's not making rail pressure. Under a load I noticed in a log that the regulator % commanded is at 5 while actual lingers at 70+%? here's the log sure I probably have a weak lift pump or high return injector/s but I'm curious to why the regulator would not follow it's command, or try?18590

note I am trying to build a csp5 tune for this customer and it's winning. Mainly because it's inability to create real rail pressure I'll attach the tune I'm running, it's nowhere near done just trying to get a difference between tunes, all run the same, some power until you ask it to make some then I'm sure the rail pressure screws everything up. let me know what you think, thanx

check the connector tubes make sure they are torqued to spec did anyone recently work on the injectors?

no fuel is leaking externally that I can see I will recheck torque to be sure

Yeah it won't leak externally if a connector tube is leaking.
