Can someone possibly tell me what I'm missing in this tune file that won't allow it to start or even try to fire. Before Flashing the COS car would start and warm to an idle around 14.8 after doing the PCM Swap, V3 Intall with 60lbs injectors

Tune attached
98 Corvette
411 PCM Swap
Mafeless
2 bar
231/239 617/623 114 Comp Cam
Vortech V3
60lbs Injectors

Try disabling Vats, select "none" instead of Class 2.

I will change that but I think its something fuel related. pulled plugs and they were soaked, new set didn't fire either.

here is it running before flashing the COS

Get these out-of-range parameters into range:

Out of Range calibration summary: 08:07:35 am, Friday Jul 10, 2015

EFILive Custom Calibrations
{A0001} Forced Octane Scaler Percentage, was out of range when loaded.
{A0002} Octane Scaler Limiter, was out of range when loaded.

and also A0012, A0013;

this is how to do it:

In the tables listed as OOR, see the cells marked with blue dog-ear corners, take note of the values, enter some value that is in range (like min+1 or max-1), do this on all OOR cells, then save file, exit tunetool...

then re-open tunetool, go to those same tables and insert the old values back in those cells, save file, exit tunetool, reopen and verify no out-of-range messages.

Explanation: when the tunetool sees an OOR value, it displays the closest of min or max... when you then enter min or max, the tunetool thinks you did not edit the cells (since it compares what you entered to what it was displaying)... so you have to enter something different and save/exit, reopen and enter your proper min or max... little bit tricky.

.../QUOTE]Did this start happening only after flashing the COS...

before flashing the COS did you make sure it was compatible with your GM OS id...?

when you flashed the COS, did you do like this:
- full flash the COS file,
- cal flash your GM OS file,
- read flash and save to file,
- edit file (fix OOR, B3647, A0008) and cal flash it back into PCM...?

I will try that soon as i get home.

As for flashing, yes I did it as listed and made sure it matched. When I went to cal flash the GM os it gave me a missing calibration message. I clicked ok and proceeded on but I thought I crashed the pcm and hit cancel the first time to check all my connections thinking something was wrong

Well I did everything mentioned and no success, so i flashed the 02 GM file back in and the car runs again with it. I had to stop after that so I'm going to start over again with the COS tomorrow when I have more time and maybe it just glitched or something. Also I realized that the VIN Isn't changed with the tune like I thought but with the scan tool. Will it be an issue to change that now since I've licensed under the vin that was in the pcm already?

I appreciate any help or suggestions given. I've considered taking it somewhere but none of the shops around me use EFI Live without driving a few states away

I tried again today. Had it running on the 1st tune listed below which is just an '02 GM OS file, followed the steps carefully and wont start on the COS3 File. Any other suggestions?

figured out it's not liking how i'm scaling the 2 bar sensor, starts fine under the 1 bar settings.
