I just picked up an AutoCal. I opened up the explorer and dropped 2 files into the data file. Loaded them into my Autocal, then noticed that it went from lsb1 to lsb2 on the read. I obviously left out a step somewhere. If I click on the file on my computer, the folder opens up to all this cool tuning stuff that I do not understand. I was told that I should have a file in program, but I don't, only in read.
When I was in explorer, I dragged the files from my desktop to the bottom of the data file and it was there.
When I uploaded into my car, it read the file counted up to 100, and then told me to remove the key for 20 seconds.
The car beeped, but it's obvious that I did not tune the vehicle.
Was I supposed to drag it to a tune file in explorer? The program on my computer came with explorer, tune, and 2 other things.
I'm lost.
Right now the AutoCal only says read LSB1

Any help (other than telling me to call who I bought it from) would be appreciated

Whomever you obtained the AutoCal from should have set it up for your vehicle (this is how AutoCal is supposed to work).

Post some screenshots (see post #10 here: Hosting-an-Image (https://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?3064-Hosting-an-Image&p=157777&viewfull=1#post157777))...

Read thru and follow these steps in order (ask questions):
1. kb_article.php?ref=7243-SFGL-2949 (https://support.efilive.com/kb_article.php?ref=7243-SFGL-2949)
2. kb_article.php?ref=6659-YAHB-3781 (https://support.efilive.com/kb_article.php?ref=6659-YAHB-3781)
3. Using V8 EFILive Explorer, goto Data Files, copy your tune file (that you want to flash into PCM) to the Program folder, exit EE.
