help with new tune

hello guys. I just purchased a 2014 gmc sierra 1500 5.3L 4wd. I am not use to tuning this new of a vehicle so I was wondering if someone could lead me in the right direction. I changed a few tables already but don't know where to go from there. I would like more performance out of the truck. any help appreciated!! truck is stock also...for now lol
