Access violation trying to open file to flash

My patience is wearing very thin with this. I have uninstalled the software completely, and reinstalled version 8.... opens the file fine, ready for flash. Problem is, the definition files that fix several issues with several tables are installed in the 7.5 folder. So I have to install 7.5, once I do this and place the new .ctz files I was given to correct the table issues, I am right back to where I started with the access violations. What's next?

In further testing.....the two updated files for the E92 I was given is causing the crash.... a clean install of V8 and 7.5 without updating the .ctz files and it will flash. Problem is the tables are labled wrong so I can't properly tune.

Pretty sure it is correct, this is what it looks like with the axis swapped.
