I have a 2000 SIlverado with a mild 5.3 that is setup with a turbo pushing 4.5psi
I have a walbro 255 and ID1000s. At idle my stock return style FPR reads just over 50 psi and in boost it jumps to 60psi.
I set it up with a COS and have really leaned out commanded EQ in PE mode.
My wideband isnt hooked up to an input yet so its not in the log. I have taken out just enough fuel
to keep it from breaking up. Can someone check if my injector data is right and if there is an issue
that is causing it to run so rich? WB hits max rich of 10AFR as soon as it enters PE mode while commanded
is over 13 to 1

You say you have a return style fuel system, I believe from memory your B4001 injector flow rate should be a flat line with the same value in all boxes. Not the sloping line you have which is the way returnless systems are set up. It looks as though you are also running mafless, so you will also need to tune your VE tables or fudge your injector data a bit to get your AFR's where you want them.

Alright I changed it. Richened up the PE and will do a Calc VE with my good wideband this afternoon.this afternoon.

Measure rail pressure (temporarily remove manifold reference from FPR), what is it...?
