414ci tune help

trying to build a tune for a 414 lq4 in my friends Camaro. mainly been workin on the main ve table trying to get the afr in check and while it sitting there it idles ok for the most part. when you touch the gas it just wonts to spudder and cut out. the other issue is the spark advance is jumping all over the place. I'm thinking this has something to do with it cutting out. posting the tune and a scan below

Is FPR manifold referenced...?

Did you measure rail pressure (with reference hose temporarily removed from FPR)...?

Yes it is. We just turned the key on engine off to set the pressure to 58psi.

Yes it is. We just turned the key on engine off to set the pressure to 58psi.The fuel pump has to be running while you set the pressure.

And as sanity check, while engine is running, with reference hose temporarily removed, rail pressure measurement should read 58 psi.
