SM-AFR, DM-6 WIDEBAND AFR GAUGE COMBO

Anyone have experience with this Wideband Kit. I used to have PLX Devises Wideband years ago and am looking to get another kit. But, I want to make sure there are no glitches with EFILive.

Thanks!

Hmmm, it has a "digital ouput"... if it's the same as the PLX serial comms stream, then V2 should be able to read it.

Do you have a user manual pdf for it that you can post here...?

I wanted to ask about it before I purchased since I want good integration with my V2., so I don't have a manual.
But, here are some specs:

Technology: PLX Critical Response Technology, Fast Response PID
Accuracy: < 0.1AFR (Gasoline) Wideband, < 0.2AFR (Gasoline) Narrowband
Measurement Range: 10-20 AFR (Gasoline), 0.68 - 1.36 lambda (Gasoline), 0 - 100 O2 Sensor Health, 0 - 1000 mS Reaction Time, 9 - 20 Volts
Analog Outputs: Wideband Linear 0-5V, Narrowband 0-1V (Driving Current 20mA)
Operating Voltage: 9V-20V
Sensor: One Bosch LSU 4.9

There's quite a bit of info at the specs and Extended Info tabs on the product page:

It says it has the correct Analog Output voltages from what I can tell, so I guess I will get that one.

Yeah, the analog output looks just like PLX (AFR = 2*V + 10).

It looks like a PLX that supports LSU4.9...

it looks like it supports serial comms output (which means V2 can read Lambda/AFR from it using serial comms).

That's a really good price, not to mention it is a combo.

I have a couple of PLX gauges including the DM-6. The OLED screens are great at night, but aren't visible in sunlight. They look nice overall, but mine have been anything but reliable. They turn on when they feel like it. As a result, I can't really rely on them for tuning and will be replacing them with AEM gauges.

I already have AEM gauges in two other cars and their WBO2 sensors have been nothing but reliable. I also have a NGK AFX in my 9-7X with a Speedhut gauge. It has not just been reliable, but also very accurate.
