This is in response to this thread, posts 3,5, and 6. I couldn't remember what I changed but I found it.

If your TC and or TF call for more airflow than B2706 or the corresponding throttle position is more than B2713, those two values will limit the amount of airflow you will receive.

On big cam cars- you will want to up these limiters much higher, above your highest TF and TC amounts to ensure when you dial in the TC and TF, it is accurate. Otherwise adding TF and TC will do nothing above these two limits.
