what base tune would be best to start with?

I have a 2003 silverado 5.3 single cab short bed 2wd that i have swapped over to an lq4 with ls1 heads and ms3 cam. should i start with an lq4/lq9 tune and go through the tuning tutorial or should i just go through the tuning tutorial with the factory 5.3 tune i already have?

Start with the tune that goes with the engine... i.e. lq4/lq9...

but you may need to copy over some things like the Fuel System, System and Speedometer segments.
