V2 not up dating stuck in dead poll please help

It told me to contact tech support for my boot block and firmware. I just uploaded the v8 and now when i power up my flashscan the first thing that comes up is boot block has been upgrade. But it is still on 2.05.04 and firmware is 2.05.21 then it comes up that flash scan is not connected. Please help

Do this:
- unplug V2 from USB and OBD2,
- while plugging V2 into USB, hold down the CTRL key on your V2, the 2 orange LEDs should start flashing (dead poll mode),

Now do this:
B If FlashScan has boot block V2.05.04, please perform these steps:

1. Program firmware V2.05.14 (unless V2.05.14 is already installed in your FlashScan). <-- see note below.
2. Program boot block V2.07.xx.
3. Program the highest version number firmware file from the folder: \Program Files\EFILive\V8\Firmware.
note: to do step use EFILive Explorer, goto Firmware tab and program in the firmware.


Now, after you've done that, your V2 should boot up ok, and then now do this:
- download V7/V8 software from here: Sep-2015-EFILive-Public-Pre-Release (https://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?25922-Sep-2015-EFILive-Public-Pre-Release)
- install V7 and V8,
- using EFILive Explorer program the new bootblock and firmware into your V2.
