E67 Full Fash cadillac to colorado

Needing to flash E67 controller with 2009 Colorado file. Starting tune in ECM was for 2011 Cadillac. OS are listed below and i checked via the chart that they were compatible first. My question is do i need to flash with GM tis2 first or can efilive do this? I tried with EFI live and noticed that the OS changed but the cal did not. Tested on bench harness and found that the throttle control is not working. HELP Please.

The Calibration part number won't change, that is burned in from the factory. A 'Full Flash' will write the OS and all the calibration segments, but it won't write the Throttle Controller chip, TIS is needed for that and I would suspect that going from the 4.6 Northstar to the 5.3 that will be required.

Thanks, I flashed with TIS this morning and still have no throttle. I must be overlooking something.

If you have a dead pedal for sure it would be setting some fault codes.
