I installed dual Wideband from Innovate in my car. I programmed the analog 1 outputs properly showing 450mv as 14.7, but when i checked it from the ecm its showing me a 460-507mv and it keeps moving around instead of sit steady. The key is in the on position, but the engine is off. I programmed the analog 1 out puts to give 450mv at warmup and 450mv for error.

I disconnected one sensor and left the other so i may get a steady 450mv and see a lean reading from the other but like i mentioned above, i am getting a variance of numbers that is not 450.

Should i program the WB02 to reflect this variance and have the average 450?

Can you post a screenshot from the LM Programmer software showing how the analog channel 1 is programmed...

it should be a steep reverse step.

I know the numbers

.909 is 11.50
0.055 is 17.40
.450=14.7

Htr and error are .450

I had a e2 and my mv should have been .450 but instead was .460/.464/.507

It was a poor ground issue, so i swapped the WBo2 to be down stream and i installed NBo2 upstream. I then did not use the analog output from the innovate. I merely disabled the sensor 2 settings.

Ok, thanks for the update.
