Please download and install both the V7.5 and V8 software packages.

Both the V7.5 and V8 software were updated in this release, you must update both software packages.

Updates:

The following updates are not available via the "Check for Updates" options yet. Until the next official release is made (early next year) the only way to obtain the updates listed here is to download the attachments in this thread.

Dec, 23 2015 update:



[*=1]Updated T87 calibration definitions.
Instructions: Download this attachment 19099.
Unzip the contents into the folder: \Program Files (x86)\EFILive\V7.5\Calibrations\T87.
Overwrite any existing files.

Version Numbers:

After installing the latest release you should have the following software, boot block, firmware versions installed:


EFILive V7 software: V7.5.7 Build 299
To view the installed version, select Help->About (in the V7 Scan or Tune software).

EFILive V8 software: V8.2.2 Build 290
To view the installed version, select Help->About (in the V8 Scan and Tune software).

Boot Block: V2.07.07 (Feb 07, 2014)
To view/update the Boot Block, click the [Check Firmware] button in the V8 Scan and Tune software.

Firmware: V2.07.95 (Dec 11, 2015)
To view/update the Firmware, click the [Check Firmware] button in the V8 Scan and Tune software.

Just how new are those calibrations updates for T87 and do they include the speedo calsz or not?

Thank you. I e-mailed or pm'd or whatever with Cindy about the other cals I think we need so we could make the cutoff.

For the most part, I'm doing well with T87 and don't think I'll need too much more stuff. Maybe 1 or 2 more speedo cals and

I think we're good for now.

I am getting these errors when opening the scan and tune after installing this software on my new laptop with windows 10: $0025, and the drivers are not supported on windows 10. Any ideas?

I haven't updated to the Dec. release but both my Desktop(Dell) and Laptop(MBP) are running win10 and I haven't had any issues.

EDIT: Have you by chance, checked if the port you are trying to use in the new laptop is a USB3.x?

I believe all of the USB ports are 3.0 or similar.
