So when a file is convertered to CSP5 type OS it gives the option of Program numbers 1-5, and the "programmed switch" and then you still have the "internal flash" below the csp5 part.

So when the tune is loaded to the truck what calibration does it default to?

The switch is always on a number 1-5 so it will always default to whatever number the switch is one?

What exactly is the "programmed switch"?

Obviously changes to the "internal flash" must still apply across all the tunes I would assume?

Why is TCC only available under "internal flash"?

Thanks very much!

If you don't have a switch it will default to Tune 1
If you have an actual switch attached to the OBDII port then it will change to whatever position the switch is in.
Yes, Internal Flash is applied across all tunes
IDK, that's just the way it is at present.

So then I shouldn't have to bother with the " programmed switch" calibration?

Thx.

I'm not sure what that one is for. Hopefully someone else will chime in on that one.

Through searching the internet I found some old threads back when CSP5 was in beta. They talked about a switchable option that would trigger the calibration to a "#6" tune; only when a certain ecm pin was grounded via a switch or relay of sorts. I wonder if that is what the "programmed switch" is? So like you have 1-5 and then if you toggle on nitrous or something it would turn on the "#6" and then when toggle nitrous off it toggles calibration selection back to switch.
