In the scanning software there is a PID called calculated VE. Can someone explain what this is and can I use this to develop my main VE table in the Tune. I have set up a MAP similar to the main VE table and would like to perfect it. Please Advise. Thanks!

I think its the calculated theoretical VE . Not much use when tuning the autotune Ben method is the way to go.

We used it initally to set up a map of TPS vs RPM when doing the conversion to alphaN on the 005 OS , was very good to be able to drive around on a Speed Density tune logging this pid then transfering the map data to the tps VE table so we had a base table to start with before doing a ben table.
