OS compatibility?

Are the CM2200 trucks the same as the CM2100A where you can use one OS for manual trucks and one for auto trucks and use it on different trucks? I have found one of each (auto and Manual) that I like using for the 07-09 2100 trucks and have been wondering if I can do that on the 2200 and the 2350's.

We have no OS flashing restrictions on the Cummins ECM's, they seem happy enough to have any year OS flashed in to them from the same ECM type.
