View Full Version : When the DVT will be available for T87 ?!

We need DVT for T87 to hold the new trucks and Corvettes in gear on dyno
when this feture will be available ?

You could try it as a T43 to hold it in 4th (or whatever gear you wanted to use), the override message are common between controllers so it might listen fine. But thanks for bringing to our attention it is not in there.

So if use the T43 to hold it in sixth gear it will work ??

I can't tell you 100% yes or no on that question, unfortunately we don't have a T87 TCM here at the moment so I can't see if the request is rejected by the TCM.

I find myself stuck in exactly the same situation tonight....

I'll try your suggestion.

While we're on the subject, I was not able to log converter lockup to verify it locked....

EDIT: Ross, I think the T43 controls do actually work for converter lock but difficult to tell definitively

without the proper trans converter pid. I got some trouble from the scan tool using T43, but it might have worked

as the power just jumped up noticeably.

How do you do this while scanning the ECM parameters such as KR, RPM, Ben, etc

Start logging from the ECM, goto the DVT tab, select T43.
