P0106 Code and surge.

Ok so I'll attach a data log where I got the truck to mess up but it is throwing a P0106 Code and then if you look at frames 13 and 1409 you will see the surge but it pulls fuel almost like a limp for a split second then is completely fine. Any help?? It only happens when that code is present. If I clear the code it stays away for a few miles and is fine but then all the sudden throws the code and starts doing this.
