I new to this! I Have tuner from my 2007 6.7 what do I need to do so I can use on my 2016 6.7?

Only the tuner who wrote the tune for your 2007 can write tunes for your 2016, unless you both agree to unlink it and then send it to another tuner.

The cost would be whatever the tuner charges for tunes plus an extra vin license given a Second controller will be licensed on the AutoCal.
