10-12 are different ECM's. No compatibility. Way easier to just use the proper stock file for each E/C Code.

The documentation shows how to determine the current calibration, you could do that for both to see if they match when you compare them to the Cummins flash availability document. Details are here http://content.efilive.com/documents/Cummins%202010-2015%20Quick%20Start.pdf#page7

Thank you cindy, also i purchased a csp5 tune from a reputable tuner and i flashed with my v2 but when i go into my v2 to switch it wont allow me saying the current module isnt suported and when i try to read the file it only pops up lmm duramax as a module. How do i change that to the cm2100?

Moving the tune file to the V2 is only part of the puzzle, you also need to configure the V2 for reading/flashing, logging, and switchable tuning. Instructions can be found here https://support.efilive.com/kb_article.php?ref=6659-YAHB-3781
