EFI says locked - tuner says it's not but used HP tuners

I know nothing about tuning, so please forgive the newbie questions.

I bought a car and brought it home 15 hours drive. The tune needs some work. The seller told me it was unlocked and gave me the tuners name and number. The tuner said it is unlocked also. My friend that is helping me uses efilive and says it's locked. What should I do? I'd really like to get the tune that it has and look at it. I tried the three unlock options using the autocal as pass through with no luck. Here's a pic of the info I did get.

Get the tune file from the tuner.

I asked him that when I first got it and he told me to just download it. I will request if from him again.

If it was tuned with HPT and they used a custom OS or RTT then you will not be able to read it with EFI LIve.
