Im upgrading my fuel injectors to Fuel Injector Clinics 525cc's for a procharger setup in my 2007 LS2 Corvette. I want to have my injector data correct before we install the procharger. I have the injector data sheet for the injectors but I am having trouble figuring out what tables in efilive they correspond to. The data sheet download page on Fuel Injector Clinics website is http://fuelinjectorclinic.com/GM0525 I was unable to post it here because the file was too big. Can someone get me going in the right direction?

Ok i think i was able to figure it out. Lots of copy and pasting and converting values. Can someone verify that it looks right for me. B4001 maxed out at 416kpa, will i need to scale the tune or will it be ok, im going to be running 6-7 psi of boost. Thanks

ICLINIC_525H_GM DATA_HPTUNERS_WEBSITE.xlsx (http://fuelinjectorclinic.com/image/data/FICLINIC_525H_GM%20DATA_HPTUNERS_WEBSITE.xlsx)

In the spreadsheet, on the Offset tab, copy the 4th table down (the one that does not say "volts" vertically on the left of the table)...

go View->Show Calibration Window->Conversions and use the Transpose function to transpose this table (works with the 2D ad-hoc table you see);

then copy the transposed table and paste into B1210 in your LS2 ctz file.

In the spreadsheet, on the Short Pulse Adder tab, copy the E78-E38-E67-P12-E40 table, transpose it (as above), and paste it into B1204.

Then on the Flow vs Pressure tab, it is missing the IFR table that matches your B4001 which goes from 128 kPa to 640 kPa in steps of 16 kPa... but we need only the 6 values from 400 kPa to 480 kPa... so we to copy the 6 values from the E40-P01 table that have the closes matching kPa indexes.

If you're running boost, is your tune already scaled, or are you intending to scale...?

Regardless, with boost, you will need IFR values below 400 kPa.

Not boosted yet, im trying to get my injector data straight first. Then adjusting for the LS3 style MAF and 2 bar(cobalt ss) map sensor. Plan on installing the supercharger within 2 weeks. Hoping to have a good base tune built by then minimize downtime. Thanks for the help

The spreadsheet you posted has different values than the one I got from their website in the Short Pulse Adder tab. Not sure wich values are correct now

Isnt the first table in the Flow Vs Pressure tab the one that matches my B4001 table?

so we to copy the 6 values from the E40-P01 table that have the closes matching kPa indexes.
In the E40-P01 table it shows kpa values from 0-80, where do i get the 6 vaules of 400kpa to 480kpa from?

im probably making this harder than it should be

Post the xls file you downloaded.

Isnt the first table in the Flow Vs Pressure tab the one that matches my B4001 table?Your B4001 steps by 16 kPa, the one first table in the xls steps by 20 kPa... so you want a table where the axis values are the closest to your B4001 axis values in the range 400-480 kPa.

In the E40-P01 table it shows kpa values from 0-80, where do i get the 6 vaules of 400kpa to 480kpa from?
400 <-- 0
416 <-- 15
432 <-- 30
448 <-- 50
464 <-- 65
480 <-- 80

Went ahead and swapped out the injectors and used the data I had from there website. Car seems to run fine with the new calibration. Ill post the new tune and a data log I got before my laptops battery died. The long term fuel trims were high at first after the flash but eventually they settled within -4 to 0. I used a handheld scanner to watch the fuel trims after laptop died.

How do i log injector duty cycle on a e38? There wasn't one I could choose in the scan tool.
