I just did an allison trans conversion in my 07 5.9 and truck is stuck in limp mode. We kept the auto file in the truck so we could have a functioning range indicator and the factory tow haul light. I have gotten the truck to run code free by disabling all the related transmission DTC's. I know the main way to get around this is to keep the TTVA, OSS, and valvebody solonoids connected but it creates a clutter and potential for failure. Any help would be appreciated! thanks!

how are you shifting the truck? Why not flash a manual tune in the truck?

With a standalone allison tcm. I am currently using a manual file but it would be nice to get an auto file figured out because we have a functioning range and tow haul indicator

Lets start by taking a datalog and finding how the truck is applying a limit. Maybe that will give you/us a direction to look?
