Hi there i have a sudden problem with my V2
it can't detect any vehicle and when i try to view trouble codes it show $0280 doe on the screen
But i can connect to it via V8 and check the firmwere and boot block version
I tried to change cable to OBD2 port with new one with out any luck

Any help will be appreciated as this is my V2 which has all my streams

Have you tried connecting to both CAN (i.e. E38, E40 and later) and VPW (i.e. LS1) vehicles? Did both CAN and VPW fail?

I tried to connect to two E38 cars Avalanche 2008 and silverado 2012 with out any luck

All of those are CAN based vehicles. It is possible that the CAN transceiver chip in FlashScan has been damaged. If you can connect to a VPW based vehicle (most vehicles before 2005) then that will indicate that the OBDII connection is OK, just the CAN part is faulty. If you can't connect to a VPW vehicle, then the problem is more than just the CAN transceiver.

Either way, you'll probably need to send it to SoCal Diesel for repair. Their contact details are on our Distributor's web page here: http://www.efilive.com/distributors

I tried to coonect to ls1 and still has the same problem
Paul I'm in Qatar not in US
And i need this V2 to be fixed as soon as possible i could send it any ware you want
Also i have another V2 but without the streams or the 218 VINs i ordered before
Is there any way to copy them form the damaged one ?
I dont want to lose all my customers as we are in racing session now

Unfortunately there's now way for you to copy your license details from one device to the other.

However, EFILive offers a recovery service. If you send back your faulty device and the most recent license backup file then we can copy the stream and VIN license details from your backup file to a new/blank FlashScan.
The replacement FlashScan device can be purchased as a "Scan Only" device for $499, plus you'll need to purchase the license recovery service for $99, then return your faulty FlashScan and email your license backup file to EFILive.

The replacement device won't be shipped to you until your original, faulty device has been received by EFILive. Shipping via "FedEx Overnight" usually takes 24-48 hours each way.
